Apply for Permit in office
Complete Commercial Building Application - AP-02
Submit three sets of Plans for Commercial Plan Review.
Two sets should include civil drawings also
Submit one set to Planning Department for review
Submit Landscape plans to Transportation Landscape Department for Review.
Separate submittal to Fire District for Review
Food Establishments will require a separate submittal to Environmental Health Department.
Submit Improvement Drawings to LDSIR for Civil Review
Route one set of plans  through Technical Resources
Permit Issuance
Inspection(s)

Note: Commercial Building Dept. Fee sheet is based on a valuation dollar amount.  New buildings are calculated on a per sqft. cost. The sqft. cost will vary depending on the type of construction, occupancy and use of the building. Contact our office for fees.
 
Fees on Non-Residential Construction to Fund Very Low Income Housing
 

Transportation, Measure A, Drainage, Park, Fire Department and other Potential Impact fees are obtained through  Tech Resources
